Welcome to Inside InHealth
Want to make healthcare better?
Our values shape our behaviours
As a people-focused organisation, our teams are integral in how we deliver our services so we actively recruit passionate and committed people to join InHealth. If you would like a fulfilling career with an organisation that helps you make a difference every day in a job you love, you’re in the right place! Whether you join in a patient-facing clinical role or a support role, everybody has the opportunity to make a difference every day and contribute towards our mission.
Our values guide our actions and behaviour, influencing the way we interact with patients, customers, and colleagues. Each value is inspired by our core objective to make healthcare better, shaping the culture of the organisation by defining who we are, what we do and what we believe in. We aspire to recruit people who share our values and by ensuring our values are at the centre of everything we do, our dedicated and diverse people are able to work collaboratively as one highly effective team.
We do the right thing for patients every time and put the patient first in everything we do. We ask patients for feedback and use this to improve our services. We systematically collect patient information to continually improve our offering.
We deliver on our promises. We are reliable and straight-talking and we do what we say we will do, when we say we will. If there is a problem, we deal with it transparently, and do all that we can to resolve it and improve things for the future.
We are passionate about helping patients with what is most important to them. We care about how patients feel and understand that each patient may have different fears and expectations. We are passionate about striving for better value healthcare
We constantly strive for improvements in everything we do. We are relentless in looking for new and better ways of doing things through new technology and better ways of working. We are positive agents for change in the healthcare system
COVID-19 Vaccination: Recruitment information
As we continue to care for our patients, including those who may have COVID-19, the health and wellbeing of our colleagues remains a key priority.
Following the recent Government announcement that it will be compulsory for healthcare staff to have been vaccinated against COVID-19 by 1st April 2022 (medical exemptions may apply), all employees will be required to have received their first COVID-19 vaccination by 3rd February 2022.
We are therefore asking that all new colleagues joining the InHealth Group are vaccinated, or welcome the opportunity to be vaccinated, against COVID-19.
Every potential new member of staff in an eligible role will be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as part of the pre-employment process. We understand that this information is sensitive personal data and we are committed to complying with data protection guidance.
Before you apply for a vacancy with InHealth, please ensure that you have either been vaccinated or that you are comfortable being vaccinated against COVID-19 and understand that we treat COVID-19 positive patients within some of our healthcare settings.
We recognise that some individuals may have a reason for exemption – each individual exemption case will be considered, and we are very happy to discuss your personal circumstances.

Award winning healthcare provider!
Having worked with the NHS for more than 25 years, we have formed some incredibly strong partnerships with individual Trusts… so we were absolutely delighted to win the award for ‘Best Healthcare Provider Partnership’ at the 2020 Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards, which recognised our long-standing relationship with Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The HSJ Partnership Awards celebrate the most effective partnerships with the NHS and highlight benefits that working with the private and third sectors can bring to patients and NHS organisations. This award is true testament to showing how a fantastic relationship between the NHS and the independent sector really can work.
