InHealth is proud to be the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions.  Our patients are at the centre of our services and we see more than 4 million each year, the majority of which are NHS patients and service users.

Ultimately, our aim is to make healthcare better by delivering excellence in everything that we do, through continuously improving across our range of tests, scans, assessments and procedures. Our mission is to be the preferred provider of high-quality diagnostics and healthcare solutions in hospitals and in accessible community settings, while applying our flexible and dynamic approach to meet some of our healthcare’s most pressing challenges.

More than 40 trained Mental Health First Aiders

Our large team of trained Mental Health First Aiders provide staff with someone to talk to when they need it and are able to signpost to external support services when appropriate

Staff health and safety are really important at InHealth, so we have practical steps in place to ensure we offer a safe working environment, including weekly communications

For every eligible member of the InHealth team, we have an annual performance-related pay review process in place

Flexible and hybrid working

True flexibility in many roles, with shift, pattern, and hour choices, including overtime, and support hybrid working for greater work/life balance

Cars and car allowances

For eligible roles, staff can choose between a company car or a car allowance, including options for electric cars

Generous parental leave

Weekend payments

For eligible* clinical roles, we offer a weekend payment of up to £50!

* WEEKEND PAYMENTS: This includes colleagues delivering face to face patient care in the Targeted Lung Health Check mobile units, Endoscopy, AAA Screening, Breast Screening, PET-CT, Audiology, Mobiles, Imaging Centres and CDC’s. Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.

Award winning healthcare provider!

Having worked with the NHS for more than 30 years, we have formed some incredibly strong partnerships with individual Trusts… so we were absolutely delighted to win the award for ‘Best Healthcare Provider Partnership’ at the 2020 Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards, which recognised our long-standing relationship with Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The HSJ Partnership Awards celebrate the most effective partnerships with the NHS and highlight benefits that working with the private and third sectors can bring to patients and NHS organisations. This award is true testament to showing how a fantastic relationship between the NHS and the independent sector really can work.

Staff Survey 2023

We are delighted with the results from our 2023 Staff Survey which showed an engagement score of 79%. This is the highest we’ve ever recorded and the third year-on-year increase that we have seen! This is a fantastic indicator that generally, our staff are very happy with life at InHealth, and in the last 12 months, we have made meaningful improvements and a positive difference.

Highlights included:

  • 95% of staff would recommend InHealth services to friends and family
  • 93% know what is expected of them at work
  • 92% say that new members of the team are made to feel welcome
  • 92% say that patient safety is a key priority
  • 86% say they have the information to do their job properly
  • 85% feel that InHealth respects individual differences
