Fast-tracking my career as a Radiographer at InHealth

MRI has always been a key interest of mine due to its immense potential in medical imaging, so after I completed my Undergraduate degree, I was immediately attracted to the MRI Trainee Programme at InHealth.  I started in early October 2020 having seen the opportunity to fast-track my career and specialise in MRI. It has been an excellent introduction to the fundamentals and I have been able to grow at my own pace using various styles and methods of learning.

I have such a great support system, including mentors who understand my level of competence and help me to constantly challenge myself and aid my growth.  Moving forward, I want to continue to learn more complex contrast scans and learn to work with different machines. I hope to take up more responsibilities within InHealth and to be more involved in training others, and get into leadership and management. I am also interested in working towards the PgCert that InHealth offers.
