Trusted and empowered to make important decisions

I joined InHealth 6 months ago after relocating from Wales. Starting a new role in a pandemic was always going to be interesting, especially moving into a sector like healthcare. Fortunately, any concerns I had were quickly put at ease with the support of my colleagues and InHealth’s online learning platform, which allowed me to gain an understanding of clinical concepts.  InHealth empowers us to make key decisions by providing the required resources and support – whether that be equipment to support home working, or a dedicated and safe space in our clinical settings – I love the flexibility.

For me, technology is king and I get a buzz from engaging with new technologies. During my time at InHealth so far, we have already prototyped and implemented a monolithic frontend solution using React, created API’s using GraphQL and integrated an array of microservices. I am excited to imagine how diverse my technical portfolio will be by the end of our project.
