Becoming a better leader through development support

I joined InHealth 10 years ago on a work placement as a Patient Administrator and during that time, have progressed to Operations Support Manager.  I was keen to further improve and develop my general leadership and management skills, so I joined the Leadership Development Programme in September 2019.

I hadn’t undertaken any studies since gaining my A Levels, so I had dedicated more time to each coursework module, as well as continuing to meet my day-to-day responsibilities. With hard work and dedication, I received a distinction!  Thanks to the programme, I have a greater awareness of how to best lead and support my team, especially as my department is going through a significant amount of change.
