Moving from Childcare to Healthcare was a perfect fit

I joined InHealth from an Administration Manager role in a children’s nursery, which sometimes involved the odd nappy change!  Changing industry was quite daunting as I had no medical background, but since joining InHealth, I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier in my work.

It took a little while to get into the swing of things and get used to working with adults rather than children, but my team are fantastic, my boss is incredibly caring and thoughtful, my Line Manager is amazing and makes me feel appreciated.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working for InHealth – the support and whole team ethos is outstanding.
